Bright lights and Mistletoe at Whitby’s Christmas Market
Last Friday, Saturday and Sunday I was down on the marine at Whitby’s Christmas Market in a cute little beach hut selling lots of Sprocket gifts. It was a great few days except for the cold and the promised wind speeds meant the event had to be cancelled on the Sunday. Disappointed I may have been but it was a nice surprise to spend a sunday afternoon with Mr T. Whitby’s Christmas Market was a really lovely evening and a very good Saturday, I sold out of lots of placemats and coasters and had to get up to heatpress new ones each morning.
There was quite a few beach huts and chalets with lots of local businesses and makers showing off there lovely products. Local Artist Bridget Wilkinson and Bertie’s of Bay also had beach huts, it’s always lovely at these events to meet new makers and catch up with old friends.
It’s a shame the last day had to be cancelled but sometimes health and safety prevails. If you take a good luck at the photos you might spot a few new products that haven’t hit my shop yet. The placemats will be back in stock and on my website asap but in the mean time if you are wanting some then just drop me an email on firstname.lastname@example.org
I heat press the placemat myself in my studio so I can virtually do any design for you. The tea towels are already in my shop here and I’ve got badges, mugs, cards and my clocks are also coming soon.
Which ever christmas market you are visiting this year have a glass of mulled wine on me 😉
